At Just a moment..., we want you to love your style; if your purchase isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a seamless refund process.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
